OUR FOUNDER

Mr. Stoller is a seasoned investor across various markets, platforms, geographies, industries and different capitalizations. Mr. Stoller began his career in the pharmaceutical industry as an acquisition analyst for the second largest pharmaceutical company, attended business school, and transitioned to working on Wall Street for a Merger Arbitrage hedge fund. Mr. Stoller earned the position of head of investments for legendary investor and corporate raider Samuel J. Heyman and worked on some of the most high-profile corporate takeovers in the world.

Mr. Stoller started his own hedge fund, HS Capital LTD., which specialized in event driven investing, special situations, private equity, and opportunistic opportunities. Further, he pioneered the use of derivatives to arbitrage across the individual greeks (delta, beta, theta, gamma) of position options across the capital structure of merger arbitrage and statistical arbitrage portfolios.
Mr. Stoller started numerous business ventures and gained extensive experience in manufacturing, operational and marketing in the supply chain and logistics industry as founder and key executive of the world’s largest plastic pallet rental company and major manufacturer of containers and shipping platforms specializing in logistics related products and services in the supply chain sector. Primarily focusing on improving supply chain efficiencies through manufacturing, logistics, reusable rental markets, robust data analytics and services.
Mr. Stoller received an undergraduate degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and earned an MBA from the Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.
Mr. Stoller is currently Chairman for the global Reusable Packaging Association and participates in number of charitable organizations.
